I'm at work and have pretty much nothing to do for the next six or so hours. I have a feeling that there isn't going to be much work for me over the next few weeks, but I really need to work as much as possible, so I may be spending a lot of time sitting around the office with nothing to do. I need to find a good book to read

the weather has been pretty bad.

i'm hopefully going to make it up to east lansing before the month is out and we can hang out or something - maybe i'll come up for a wednesday or something since those are the only days i know i have off work.

When have any of us ever adjusted to a new climate well?

Give it a few weeks, I think it will get better. Although I bet East Lansing is understandably a little boring in the summer, I'll have to come visit then.
