weekend!
Hey everyone, sorry I haven't updated in so long. So Friday was the opening of the Grennell Place in Detroit. See my uncles company revitalizes old broken down buildings in Detroit and makes them into Loft (like big fancy apartments) buildings. So anyway the one they are working on just had it's opening on Friday and it was a big party. I got to work there. I was mostly a "greeter" which meant i sat in the place whee people came in and welcomed them in and told them where to go. I also spent some of the time busing tables because the bus boys never showed up. fun huh. Well actually it wasn't bad at all. There were lots of important people there and the models they had of the lofts were really nice. It was cool to help out, plus I got paid nicely. ;) After that i went to dinner with my sister, her boyfriend, and my cousin and we had fun. Awesome. =D
Yesterday I went to the mall after not having been in forever with Jess. We had lots of fun. We spent lots of time there. We went into pretty much every other store we liked. And I actually had money to spend which was awesome. Jessica also got a brand new iPod because her old one broke so we took it to the apple store and they just gave her a new one! sweet, eh?
hey has anyone else gotten the feeling that the weeks are just flying by? It's not like I really enjoy school it's just that it seems like I'll be sad cuz it's monday and I got a whole week ahead of me but before I know it it will be friday! The weekend goes by just as fast though. So I guess it levels out. It's just surprised me lately, oh well. I gotta go finish my homework, yuck! love ya all, bye!
