so i am making a gingerbread house from scratch. not one of those kits not some milk carton and graham cracker shit. an actual ginger bread house. i made my dough today. ahh the smell of the dough is so wonderful. and it the one cookie dough that is 100% safe to eat pre-baking. no eggs!!! i am so excited about this though. it will be displayed at my house until christmas. becuase you don't eat ginger bread houses. that's just not right. i love baking. i made dinner tonight for the family. my mother was amazed. but it's just so much fun. ahh ginger bread house. yay!!!
