Wow, I haven't had sleeping problems for like three years.
Now I wake up at outrageous times during the night when I try to sleep. Then, when I'm trying to stay awake I get really tired by like 8pm. It's really messed up.
I don't know if this is being brought on by stress...I think it might be. Either way, it's definitely not helping me manage my time any better.
