12. Ranma 1/2 - Kuno - Kuno Baby! The single funniest anime character ever. I adore him.
13. Inuyasha - Kagome - Inuyasha may be Kappei, Miroku may be a letch but the Osuwari moments make Kagome my favourite.
14. Peach Girl
15. Sailor Moon - Saior Venus - Sailor Venus is my overall favourite character. I like her positive outlook on life. In PGSM however, I hated her. Therefore I have a different answer when it comes to the live action series.
