(no subject)
so what's everyone been asking for for christmas? I can't come up with anything I really want.. I'm so lame. I can just think of a few DVDs. I can't really get into the Christmas spirit yet. Unlike those people who play Christmas songs 24 hours a day from november to january. My mom, for example. Maybe us Florida folk get overly excited at the first hint of "winter" weather and decide it's Christmas on November 1st. I dunno.
These days I've been generally worn out. I dunno I've just been feeling ..blah. It's always like this when we fly back to florida after thanksgiving, and there's..nothing here.
I can look forward to Cali this summer though. Woot! I must say I'm a virgin west-coast traveller.
I've been all up the East Coast but I've never been west of Florida. This sounds so bad but when I think of the Mid-west or the west at all, this comes to mind: absolutely nothing. A desert. Maybe a tumbleweed. A cactus. People in cowboy boots? Except of course Las Vegas or California. Besides that, though.. It's bad to associate the whole left side of the country with some wrong cliche image. I've become like one of those life-long Southerns who aren't aware there's an actual state of New York surrounding The City. =( Anyway..
