Hannukah Party Synopsis
This last Saturday was our Hannukah party. It was a lot of fun. I made fried chicken wontons and potato latkahs for the appetizers. Two salads, a purple cabbage salad with an asian inspired dressing and an arugela salad with pomegranate and raspberry vinegarette. The entree was pomegranate chicken and fried bingets for dessert. Overall it went really well. Though I was completely stressing out before people came over because the pipes in our kitchen sink got clogged and so it wasn't working. The worst part was the only things I had ready were the salads which means I had to cook everything without a working sink. Thank goodness it all worked out well and everyone loved the food and had a really good time. We had a gift exchange and that also went well. All in all I would have to say it was the nicest and most successful Hannukah party thus far.
