Brendon looked outside to see it was pouring. He always loved the rain when he was little, and his love for it just grew. He wanted to go outside but before he could, his mom told him to bring an umbrella. He frowned but brought it anyway.

Now that it's raining more than ever

Once Brendon gets outside, he sees his best friend Ryan. But something is wrong, Ryan doesn’t have an umbrella. Brendon feels sorry for his friend so he walks over to Ryan and shelters him with his umbrella. Ryan looks up and smiles, huddling closer to Brendon.
These fancy things,

They stay close under the umbrella until the dark engulfs them. It is still raining and they both have ignored their parent’s pleas to come inside before they catch some sickness. Brendon, at some point, placed his arm around Ryan to keeps him warm and Ryan just leaned into the embrace.

Their parents have given up on getting them inside so they took this as an opportunity to sit on some bench. Brendon soon finds one and dashes toward it, forgetting Ryan and him were sharing an umbrella. When he turned around he saw Ryan walking towards him, shivering. Brendon opens his arms up and Ryan runs into them. They both smile warmly and hug before sitting down.

Ryan stares Brendon in the eye and leans closer into him. He closes his eyes when he feels Brendon’s soft lips meet his own. They both smile into the kiss and hold unto each other. Soon, they both break apart and Brendon leans his head unto Ryan’s shoulder. The rest of the time is spent watching the rain pour and all they need is each other and that’s more than enough.
