It's been an interesting week. Apparently there are some things in Mesa worth going home for, something I only just have realized. Don't think you can escape a cult - cause you can't! Thanks to my AD buddies for being tight even now, a year later. More good times ahead...I've been roped in. :p
My car's being fixed.
I got lectured by my roommate (the one I like) for not liking our other roommate. I just don't understand her, blah blah, I'm too judgemental, blah blah. Whatever. You can only make so much effort to try to connect with a nonchalant person, yea?
Finished Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe. I still like Lewis' other stuff better.
Now a break with some ranty Margaret Atwood which I need before I finish the Chronicles.
Got a parking ticket from the community college because they had never charged my card for the permit I thought I had bought so they never sent a permit so that's lame. Grr.
And then I got outbid on ebay. People are stupid. Including people who don't call you back when you've been trying to reach them forever for weekend plans. *sigh*
So now my holiday weekend is going to just be about me - writing, reading, 'beaching', and sleeping. That's right. Sleep galore.
And maybe a roman candle or two set off in certain people's faces. hehe. just kidding. I'm over it. :p
