(no subject)
Hey ya'll,
How's everyone in LJ land? I'm hopin', great!
So.. thought I'd update since I rarely do anymore. Heh.. things on this end are probably the best they've ever been. I'm working the houseperson shift at work now... which I like a lot better than being a room attendant. The hours are better (2-10pm) and I like the work better too.. and the fact that I pretty much work alone. It can be busy and stressful sometimes but generally the pros make up for the cons.
Kaleigh and Sara are living with us now and it's amazing. I know, I know, 5 people in a 3 bedroom seems a bit much but our apartment is big enough for it anyway.. it works out. Plus, they're really fun girls and make life a whole lot more exciting. It's nice to have girls around who I really get along with and can talk to. It's really nice.
Justin and I are doing great. I never thought I'd be lucky enough to find such a wonderful guy. Actually, to be honest, I didn't even want a relationship and never thought I'd be serious with anyone...he completely changed that. We're perfect for eachother.. soulmates, I think.
I was home in CB the first week of this month for mom and dads 25th. It was so much fun! Saw alll my family.. I hid out at Sheila's place the first night I got in.. heheh.. then I surprised mom and dad at the party. It was a lot of fun. Dad and I were drinkin' jugs of beer all night.. heh, it was so nice to be home. I didn't really get the chance to hang out with anyone but family, but that was okay. I hung out with James and Carlene one night and that was a good time. I cannot WAIT to come home for Christmas.. it's coming up so soon! Time to get out the Home Alone movies.. lol.
Halloween is creepin' up soon! I can't wait. Not sure what we're doing yet, but I'm sure we'll end up at Refs. I think Adam said something about going to the Gorsebrook.. so, we'll see. Justin and I are going as Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky.. haha.. should be interesting.
The girls and I (including Adam, haha) are going to karaoke tomorrow. I am excited. We went last week and had a ball. I must have sang 5 songs.. hehe, was a lil' tipsy of course.
Anyway, I just thought I'd update about my life... haha.
