Introductions
Hi all,
this is my first entry in my LJ :) YAY!
ok, well a brief introduction to me:
I am an undergraduate psychology student at UNSW- I am doing honours research in psychopathology (specifically, facial affect recognition in schizophrenia and schizotypy)... and I have been offered a PhD place next year with my supervisor (Julie) so I have (unofficially) started collecting data for that.
I live in Sydney with my two rabbits (Shadow and Chopper- see user pics). I am originally from the Albury/Wodonga area.
ok, well 'why crazy_binky'?
'binky' is a slang term for a crazy leap that rabbits do when they are ecstatic: it is a jump/twist where they flick their head to the side. It is very unique and is only performed in times of absolute bliss... thus, crazy_binky encompasses all that is crazy, joyful and rare... it is an energetic expression of euphoria... one that I hope to catch on film one day (and post on here somewhere).
...well, I look forward to meeting more people through LJ- I will need to recruit some of my current friends to LJ... and I guess I will meet more people online and through SUMS when I join next session.
