Good things, bad things, etc.

Well, I am feeling slightly better, which is an amazing step in the right direction. Today was not extremely exciting, but still fun. Oh wait, scratch that, something bad happened..

I backed up into Toni (my dad's girlfriend)'s car.. Ugh I felt so bad, I was in a hurry and didn't even see it in the driveway. Ah I feel so stupid! She wasn't upset, but I still feel awful. There is a dent in her car, and an ugly scratch on mine. :-(

When I finally got to pit orchestra (quite late, might I add), I was able to play a lot more than I thought I would. In some weird way, I think pushing myself to do normal things is making my body think that it is actually better. (Well that, in addition to the mountains of cough drops and other meds in me). Anyway, that was a ridiculously long rehearsal, however it was broken up by some very funny references to furbies as well as Jordan's encounter with a certain stoned person at Starbucks..

After rehearsal, I was home for all of 20 minutes before having to go to Temple and watch some little Jews hang out in our awesome new youth lounge (AKA sit on a couch with some friends and the rabbi, talking for several hours). Oh! But while I was home, I got another college package in the mail... I WAS ACCEPTED TO NYU!!! :-D. I can't go there because I applied early decision to GW, but  it is just really nice to get in!! Except now Erika wants to kill me for not going there and rooming with her. Ah well, frequent visits to two awesome cities will just have to be a part of our college experiences!

Went to Justine's for awhile tonight, where we watched several episodes of Sex & the City, followed by crazy dancing to 90's music and conversations revolving around sex. OMG white tuna orgasm...

So, here I am, just finishing drinking some tea before I go to bed because it makes my throat feel better. Tomorrow I don't have Sunday school OR rehearsal because other schools are off for mid-winter break. If I have to be in school, at least I get a Sunday off! And I am probably going to a movie with Jackie to hear all about how much cooler Canada is than America.

And now my mug is empty, so that's all for now!
