Well, had a 2.5 hour meeting the other day. My company has been bought by Johnson & Johnson (a familty company). We listened to a lecture on the history of J&J and found out about our new benefits. I might be staying longer then I had planned. Any college I take is covered at 100%. Nice huh? I am going to go to UoPheonix for business I guess. I was going to find a new job when the time came, or at least go to college for soemthing else, but now that I have the potential for free college, I think I might take it.
Also, witht he merge, we will be getting a new store on-site. There we will be able to buy and J&J consumer goods, such as skin-care, and baby stuff. The products must be made by a J&J company, and we will be getting them at a huge markdown.
Oh yeah, I have another meeting at the end of the month for Chemical Coordinator. This will make me the only person on my line certified to handle, recieve and gather chemicals my line may need. It's no extra pay, but it does help out once I start moving up in the company. My leads are already working with me on learning some of the basics of being a lead. Good thing, I hate being entry level.
Oh, and due to some requirements not being met... I will be desperately looking for a new place quite soon, rather then just looking like I am now. If I can't find a place, I may be on my way back to Michigan.
And another thing... I SAW EPISODE III!!! Damn, it has to be the best one yet. If you have seen the others and are slightly comfused, then this is the one you NEED to see. It will answer everything! The only problem I had with it was that it seemed like they tried to cram alot of info into one movie. Made it seem like alot of really short scenes.
I have to take my car into the shop already. Seems I have a slight oil leak. It might just be a loose oil filter. Worse comes to worse, I have to take it to a Ford dealer and pay 100 to have it fixed, no matter what it is.
It's 5:30am... only slightly tired...
On Sunday, I will be going with Angela and her mother to Medeivil Times. It will be for her birthday, and the tickets were already paid for, so I might as well go. And since we are still friends, more the reason.
In August, I will have 2 weeks vacation, and will be heading back to Michigan to spend it with my family.
