And this is the irony of it all. I was on my way to a Notary to refinance my mortgage, and for once, said notarial fees were being paid for by the bank. Yep, I was saving $1,000. Incredible.
If I EVER meet that guy Murphy, there's no telling what I'm going to do to him... no telling!
