Just checked my facebook feed and saw that my cousin had already given birth to her beautiful baby girl! Another great piece of news. Here's hoping the rest of 2014 continues to go well.

I'm on board with Gotham and How to get away with murder too, but I don't think I'll check many more new shows. I don't want to have too much to watch since I also watch kdramas and Running Man and I need to study hard this year. ALFIE ENOCH IS SO PRETTY.

Re: presents to idols, I honestly don't get it! I can understand it when it's some underdog group that's going through tough times, I guess. I know that a group (I think it was Infinite when they first started, but I'm not sure) got from fans some of the things they needed for the house (like a toaster, etc) because the company wouldn't give it to them. And Block B weren't given any money for months and the fans would gift them useful things too. That I can understand (tho I wouldn't do it myself because poor student), buuuuut when EXO's Kai got A BUNCH of tablets for his birthday I just went ???? REALLY? I understand being appreciative for the happiness you get from their music and varieties and so on, but man. I think just buying their stuff or going to their concerts is enough. And if not, idk, when I was a kid you sent letters to your idols telling them how much they meant to you. Did they read them? No clue, but you were showing your appreciation for real without wasting the money YOU need in gifts they DON'T. I really like when idols go "please, don't send gifts" or encourage their fans to donate the money to some cause instead. I don't think I'd want to be receiving expensive gifts like that either, I'd feel so bad for my fans :/ Ah, just will never completely understand most kpop fans' minds lol.

I can relate with having too many new shows to watch. I'm actually dropping Once Upon A Time and just waiting for Galavant which will free up my Sunday lineup. I'm easing up on the kdramas but I'm going to keep watching Return of Superman. Yes, yes he is!!!! I'm just excited a lot of people are loving it so there is little chance of it getting cancelled.

I can understand fans giving gifts to groups that aren't as popular as the ones from the big 3. When I watched the Hello Baby episodes of B1A4, it was pretty obvious they weren't living in the lap of luxury. But like you, I wouldn't have sent any gifts to my biases even if I had the money. OMG, they did that?!!! What the heck is wrong with these fans?!!! I'm sure Kai has enough money to buy a tablet for himself. Then again, I shouldn't be surprised. The acquaintance I mentioned gifted someone on Girls' Generation expensive things too despite the fact that she doesn't work and is dependent on her husband and siblings. So clearly, she doesn't know how to prioritize things. LOL! Sending fan mail was the thing that was done in my day too! And if you were feeling very generous, flowers. I guess its because people have a lot more disposable income nowadays? It boggles the mind! O_O
