I'm a year older. The "Oh my god, I'm old" phase is starting to wear off now. Good thing I don't have to deal with that for another decade.

Work is still pretty lame, but at least I'm making money. Pretty decent money, too, which is oh so nice. My one complaint, aside from the drunken assholes hitting on me and the metrosexual men tricking me, is the cliquieness of the waitstaff. Honestly, you'd think you were back in high school. It's really weird. I've kind of found my niche with a forty something mother of 2 girls who is the most down to earth person possibly in existence, and a few geeks. Talking to them doesn't make me wanna gouge my eyes out with plastic silverware, so that's good.

As it turns out, that 50 year old camera of my grandma's is working. It has been working since the day I found it, according to another dude at the same store that told me it would originally be $130 to fix. Nono. All it needs is film in it, and to press another doohicker, and voila. It works. So I've got some film in there now, and now I've actually got to understand F stops and that shit. It's gonna be a good time. I'm pretty pumped that I saved $130. I've been craving hoodies for some reason lately...maybe I can get another one...next to the one I got yesterday...

Maybe money isn't such a good idea for me to have. Oh well. Don't care.

I'm going to Chicago for Easter. It'll be nice to see some family. I miss those crazy folks. Especially since we're at that time of year again where the older ones have it in their head to start getting sick and dying. Always cool, family. Thanks.

I don't know why, but I really wanna go and fine one of those spoon rings from an antique shop, and pretend that it's from a crazy lady who owned hundreds of cats in a gigantic Victorian mansion, and she used her ring to ding a bell for the cats to come and eat. How cool would something like that be? Pretty frickin' cool, I tell you.

I think that last paragraph is proof that I shouldn't write in this thing past a certain time. Or after a late shift, when I'm vurry tired. So, adieu!
