Does anybody know where Phil Hwang is these days? He never answers his cell phone and doesn't seem to check his old e-mail address any more, and he's never on IM and he disconnected his house phone so I can't ask his mom or anything... I just realized that he could have died five months ago and I would not know it. That's a very depressing thought.

I see Phil every few weeks or so (whenever I don't expect to see him). I saw him a few days ago in the library. If you told me a year ago that he'd end up at UW, I would've never believed it.

Phil is alive. No worries.
