Current animals first:
Nimbus is doing very well, and I think she knows I'm thinking about getting a dog since last night all she did was play with a ball.
Prospective animal:
I have a lovely book in the "For Idiots" Series called getting and owning a dog, so I'm starting there. I hadn't thought about seeing if the library had breed books thanks for that. The dog will definitely be coming from a shelter and it will not be a puppy (I don't have that kind of time in my life).
I looked at the website and any site that says Golden Retrievers are low energy dogs is confused, but it did have a lot of good shedding info and my allergies are thankful for that.
