Stressed
Beyond Stressed at this point
Im trying to be optimistic
but tech week "hell week" has been more than hell. It has been INSANE to the Nth degree. We're still doing lights and blocking and asking for lines. I myself screwed up too!
I really dont think we're ready. but know that technically we HAVE to be. We have no choice.
On top of it the student body has NO CLUE what they are in for AT ALL!
"oh we're going to see a play..kinda like bang bang"
NO YOURE GOING TO SEE CLIPS OF A PLAY THAT IS NOTHING LIKE BANG BANG AT ALL!
The tension is on and the hot seats are melting at this point. Todays rehearsal we HAVE to do a full run through. its unnacceptable we havent done ONE successful run through and our show is tomorrow...

I'll do my best to remember every narration line while being catatonic in the chair but just enough aware to introduce people
as well as an ignorant angry and confused Sherry Johnson, and a completely helpless grandmother Lucy thompson. I will.
But its pretty much understood that the amount of time we've had before its time for the curtain to rise isnt enough. and thats something we'll have to deal with.
Shakespeare in Love reminds me of this show when everything seems to be a disaster it all "turns out well in the end".."how do you know"..."its a mystery"
