That was a nice campy little tale. Cecil apparently has had experience with unusual clouds dropping something other than rain to make him panic so. His friend Carlos couldn't quite get through to him that there are just normal fluffy clouds sometimes. You'd think ugly, glowing clouds ere all he had ever seen. Nicely written. I enjoyed it.
