hmmmm....

where to begin.
The college visit trip was a success. ...well, almost.
here's what was discovered: -I don't want to go to Hampshire. it's to idealistic and all the same kind of people.
-I'm going to Major/Minor/double major in some combination of Math and International and global studies
RIT is great for math, but i'm not sure about international studies
Brandeis is great for international and global studies and is really activist, but not so great for math

Here are some major deciding factors:

RIT:
pros- great math program, honors program, university studies program, big school, big variety of people, start in the fall.
cons- not sure about international studies program, Rochester kind of sucks...

Brandeis:
pros- near Boston, cost (i haven't gotten my financial aid package from RIT yet, but brandeis would only cost us $1100/semester!), prestigious, small classes, activist
cons- smaller school, not as great for math, less variety of people, (i know this is much less important, but not many good lookers...)
pro/con?- i didn't get in til spring. pro- i could do something really awesome in the fall (go to costa rica with alex, live with robin in cali for a month, etc).  con- i've already been out of school for a year, and i'm pretty ready to go back.

things are going well though.
I went to college park thursday night, we went to the bar everyone on campus goes to (all under-aged), it was really sleazy, and therefore, really funny. it was fun
Last night was fun too.
going to passover tonight at mike's.
