Oh. My. God. My flatmate has just done something I'm sure will make most (if not all) of you smile - he tried to go on-line without switching the wi-fi on! He then started complaining about his computer or the broadband device not working until I took a look. It took me all of 5 seconds (literally!) to find and fix the problem! Why could he not do it?
