"...This only goes to show
What little people can do!
And little people know
When little people fight
We may look easy pickings
But we got some bite
So never kick a dog
Because he's just a pup
We'll fight like twenty armies
And we won't give up!
So you'd better run for cover
When the pup grows up!"
-Gavroche, "Upon These Stones (At the Barricade)" From Les Miserables
Just for fun. I love that part! So I fell asleep last night, I was SOOOO tired and I didn't actually get to update. So....
THe Board Bonding Night was soooo great. It was really wonderful seeing everyone again and joking around and doing a LOT of planning. TIll I dunno how late. But all was good and FOR ALL YOU BISNO BOYS AND FOR ALL THE OTHER CHAPTERS: LOOK OUT FOR THE H.O.R.R. BOARD!!!!!!!!!!!! Danish H.O.R.R haha. Here were the notes and the jokes: haha "if you have not made the words of wisdom", Ivana getting disgusted by Ben's yucky feet haha, Tammy getting stuck in a coke can, me falling down stairs, Ben's ideas: chicken wire and tin foil, Stephie was my first, I'm joining Haganah, Sara and Rebecca's corn biscuit debate, Jesus, Bras, and FUll-frontal snotting!! "Write that down!", Tammy "crickets bite?" Casey "I don't want Ben's stuff on my face!!" haha and get ready for some real sellers- more Masada T-shirts and other apparell. We got some great ideas lol. I can't say here haha.
But anyways, as for business we got a lot of cool events scheduled, or at least brainstormed and more developed. We also got to chat about our summers and such and that was cool. Although apparently someone likes me that I have never met, and everyone still hates me in DC Council. Grrrreeeeaaaattt....not. That seriously is driving me crazy. There are all these rumors going around about me and I'm getting really terrified of DC Council. I don't even like going to regional programs anymore because I'll introduce myself and the person I'm talking to will get this look on their face. Like, oh yea I've heard about you. I'm hoping maybe if I can get my act together I can look nice and kind and everything and maybe eventually those rumors will just go away. I hate the fact that i know things are being said behind my back and I can't do anything about it. Ugh. Anyways....
Work yesterday actually wasn't that great. I mean, it was the last day so the kids thought they could go crazy, which they proceeded in doing. When I came in there was a mirror broken from one of those crazy devils. I was like woah. BUt we had fun our last day. Played music during our class and they had pizza and ice cream. It was kinda tough watching some of them go. Most come back for the AfterSchool Martial Arts Program or just come to classes, but some don't come back. Makes you kinda wonder a bit. But anyways, Andre and I worked till about 7:15 doing all the cleaning stuff, which was a LOT. Getting ready for the new year. I got to do dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, tape-rewinding, card-organizing, toilet-cleaning, and table-cleaning. I was exhausted by the time we had our meeting for the new year. Nothing I didn't know. We were just helping out Andy, the new tutor. That's our new title, by the way. Tutors. Even if we do so much more.
Came home exhausted but happy. House was empty. Kinda lonely. But I fell asleep fast so it was okay. Woke up when my parents got home and watched a little Victor/Victoria with Dad then went back to bed. Oh! and lemme some up what I ate yesterday:
Orange juice, chocolate donut, leftover chinese, gourmet pop-tarts (gourmet because I ate them with a fork), i slice of pizza, a little ice-cream, 2 slices of salami, and some honey-nut cheerios. and a bite of a plain bagel. I thought I was gonna die lol I ate so much yucky stuff.
Today was nice- slept in, cleaned, organized, did laundry. Talking to Matt now, he's sooooo hot I luv him and he likes gays cuz they make nice clothes. Haha but he's just kidding. Anywayz, more AP US....
