Hello, Tuesday!
Okay... First of all, I had a fabulous weekend! It was eastfarthing's birthday, and we had so much fun! I don't even know what to say about it, so I'll refer you to the posts of mid_git here and here. Those posts are a collection of quotes from Nikki's birthday party, and they are simply hilarious. I'll also refer you to eastfarthing's post here, mostly because she talks about how wonderful I am. ;)
Nikki, I told you that I'd unlock the birthday posts to you, so you can see how the internet picked your gift. The first one is here, and the second one (where I changed my mind) is here. I just made them public.
For the rest of you, I went with the scrapbook calendar. It stressed me out, and it was a lot of work, and I still spent a ton of money on it, but it was definitely worth it. Nikki loved it! Thank you all so much for your input! It makes for a great story!
My family is out of town for the week, so this means that I'm once again in charge of all the animals. Beenie is a peeing machine, let me tell you!
Brad and I watched the premiere episode of VH1's "The World Series of Pop Culture" last night, and we are hooked. So you know where we'll be at 9pm tonight. And every night that it's on! Great stuff!
That's about all I've got. I'm starving, and I'm waiting for my lunch to get here!
