a little lighter

I love Wednesdays...it's like the top of the roller coaster. Scary, but you realize that it will all be over very soon, and there's no looking back. You can just put your hands up and ride it out.

Everyone in the hall is sick, so I'm trying to avoid people as much as possible. Which might be why I finally have time to update :)

Saturday was Homecoming, and to all that I haven't told....jumping off of moving homecoming floats is never a good idea. My knee and foot look pretty gross, but I'm not limping anymore, so that's good. Haha, to add to the humor of that weekend, that night I slammed my toe in a door (so that's bleeding too)...AND I got a paper cut. I need to work on that.

I'm getting my highest grade in the class I no longer read for. I won a costume contest in my early english lit. class by dressing and puck and delivering the last monologue (my high point for the week, no lie).

LUX, ASU's literary magazine, is accepting stories until Friday. I have my ten page story from my creative writing class...but I don't know if i want people to ready it. It's my most taboo by far. haha. But I like it, I think.

Well I have to shower now if I'm going to be on time. Hope everything goes well for everyone else this week. Just don't close your eyes--the lack of fear does not make up for the experience that you'll regret missing.
