Nederlanden, hurdy-gurdy.
I just got back from Amsterdam. I enjoyed it. I went to the Anne Frank house, and the Rijksmuseum.
I visited the Red Light district and saw some....interesting.....prostitutes.
My second favorite thing about the trip was that I actually blended in(for the most part.) This is something that is damn near impossible for me in Germany.
My favorite experience? Hearing at least nine different languages in less than two hours, and hearing three different languages at once. Seriously, it seems like everyone in Amsterdam is at minimum trilingual. I even heard two Dutch people speaking English to each other. EDIT: I didn't realize how much the Swedish chef sounded like he was speaking Dutch....srsly.
