Hey there first entry
mmmmm today was ok.... first day of summmer ,... the Whole Weight Lifting\agilities conditioning @ 7 in da morning is not the hottest thang in town but it was alright. I have this soo called or diagnoised Hernia, and i really hope i dont because surgery on this would be a big chunk of time for recovery, probaly 10-12 weeks, THAT would Suck, hopefully its just a little one we will see soon.
GOt home from Weight Lifting went to Ferch's with heather were we met sara..... ooo sara is FINE..... lol
