I've never met you and seen how you act around people but maybe you do things that encourage them to think of you as a sister. Maybe you seek their advice and treat them as big brothers so they treat you that way.

Have they ever seen you flirt with a boy? Maybe since they never seen it, it's never occurred to them... we are a dense bunch.

Maybe your could drop hints of fem every once in a while. Don't be retarded about it, do show up at a football game wearing ten pounds of makeup and a tight miniskirt.... unless that's normal for you, I'm guessing not.

Try really small amounts of perfume. If out of the blue you suddenly smell like you took a bath in it.... well, we may be dense, but we spook easily.

OH!!! I KNOW!!!! Soon, go to the Mall right before you plan on hanging out with them at a bar or something, maybe Friday after work, what ever. Test a perfume, just a little bit, enough so someone will smell it and give you a look. Then say you were looking for a perfume for your mom for Sunday.... or something like that.

And one other thought, boys may be dense, but a girl with a low self image makes the core of a black hole look as if it's a sponge like material made of cotton.... ie they are so dense they will have a naked guy on their lap and not get the hint. so make sure your eyes are open, ok?

Haha...you make valid points. The perfume thing might work. I wear it sometimes, just not everyday...although one time when I wore it my best guy friend loved it. Hmm...I always wear make-up when we go out...as for how I act, I'm not sure. I'm just me. I do look up to them though and ask for advice. And I mean, I flirt with my guy friends, but it's playful...now I'm wondering if it's different from the way I flirt with guys I just meet. OOOH...and summer is coming up, which means sundress season!! That's def. a change from my usual jeans and tee get up. :) As for the last thing you said...sometimes I wonder if that's my problem. I don't like to think I have a low self image, but anytime I THINK a guy might like me I quickly change tune and think "no way could he like me" I have a bad habit of having to be told directly otherwise I just don't get it.
