Today I saw this Internet ad and I am just disgusted.  Incredulous, really.  Without getting into who supports what and for what reason, this portrayal of American citizens as a 'mob' should anger anyone who believes in a democratic process.  Beyond this video, various Democrat elected officials and spokespersons are callling this astroturfing and ( Read more... )

They don't even attempt to address the substance of the criticisms. Rather, like Maoists during the Cultural Revolution, they simply call any dissent fake and/or unpatriotic.

That reminds me! Those nasty Republicans owe me a pay check for all this work I'm doing for them! They haven't even sent me a copy of their darn playbook yet!

Obama's playbook is on the way though! Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals. Gotta use their strategies against them since we don't have time to come up with our own!

You see, Conservatives (REAL Conservatives -- does not exclusively equal Republican for the sake of argument) have jobs and work and stuff and don't actually have time for all this political activism that jobless hippies and welfare junkies get their jollies off of. This is an inconvenience for us to show up at these events, but we're doing it anyway. I just wish those damn "Birthers" would go away because Obama is loving them for the discredit they bring to the cause.

I've been a right wing extremist all my life and I still haven't received my Brooks Brothers suit! I bet this is McCain's fault, he must be on apparel committee. I mean it's bad enough that I had to provide my own haberdashery, am I now expected to buy my own suit?? What's next? Are they going to stop SUVing* us to events too?

Oh, i've been a good citizen and been using the flag address. At first, it was kind of a slog, finding questionable stuff to send them.

Then I found the Democratic Underground forums. That made it a lot easier.

I already reported the Whitehouse "Disinformation Czar's" web page to flag@whitehouse.gov suggesting they actually at least read the healthcare bill before posting such videos.

Next on the list of "fishy" web sites will be theobamaforum.com which is a scary, scary website where whites, gays and those who question The Chosen One are seriously despised. Every page warns that Whites are not welcome. Funny -- I remember a lot of gay whites campaigning very hard for The Obama!

That being said, you may want to delete that last paragraph because those people hate, hate hate... They are making lists of web sites and license plate numbers and vehicle descriptions even...
