SPETSNAZ

Spetsnaz is the next best thing to Nitzer Ebb. Imagine what Nitzer Ebb would sound like today if their sound had not changed its style after That Total Age and you have Spetsnaz. Without seeing them or seeing a name attached to the music, one could easily mistake their music for a new Nitzer Ebb track. Even the vocals are similar. Spetsnaz is hardcore EBM that will keep your body convulsing with rhythmic dance spasms.

The group´s live show has been reported to be as intense and energetic as the music, with Pontus jumping over the stage like a maniac, screaming at the top of his lungs, and Stefan fiercely beating his drum pads. A band like this does not take prisoners! You can sum it up in one easy sentence: if this music doesn´t manage to move your ass, probably nothing will!

Obscenity Trial

A fresh, promising newcomer to the Electro-Pop genre. Obscenity Trial follows in the footsteps of established acts such as Camouflage, NamNamBulu and Melotron with positive electronic pop songs that are by turns danceable, balladesque, midtempo and upbeat. The bands "Here And Now" CD (released on Major Records the home of Ladytron and IAMX) manages to deliver a cohesive and well balanced selection of strongly melodic electro pop songs produced by Olaf Wollschläger ( Melotron, In Strict Confidence, and Seabound, amongst others.). Fans of Melotron should not miss this act.

Did I mention that both of these bands came overseas to tour the USA?
