Can Jane Eyre be happy? - John Sutherland
The Bronte Omnibus - Charlotte, Anne and Emily Bronte
The first three are for uni, and I've ordered a few more off amazon aswell. Spending like crazy, recently. Oh, and all the books are second hand. I just adore second hand books, even though it does depress me that I bought Villette for £0.01 (only paid for postage) when the shit my mum reads sells for a tenner.
Also, I'm almost certain that Things Fall Apart is the book that Nicky Wire handed me in my dream. How bizarre.
I also managed to get the Star Wars trilogy for £4.50 today. Very good, since watching the trilogy the night before Revenge of the Sith was on our to-do list. Hehe.
Phil wants me to go up to his tonight - I feel so bad for telling him that I can't. Afraid it's my English exam on Monday and I haven't managed to study yet. Pleased that I bought the Jane Eyre critical book - it has a small chapter on The Yellow Wallpaper aswell, which is the other piece I want to do for the exam essay. Wish me luck.
