Regarding Nathan/Peter: I opened Microsoft Word and typed 10 sentences. Then I switched over to another webpage and abandoned it.

Why is it like this now? Why can't I just fucking sit and do this? Do I have Petrellicest ADD or something?

It's killing me. I fail at Nathan/Peter.

I know you're used to doing your writing on the computer, but I find that pen/paper is a better creativity conduit. Is there some nice place you can go with a notebook and just do some nathan/peter free association writing around your main concept and see what your subconscious kicks up?

Just a suggestion. (I take my notebook to the Mint and do most of my best writing there, amid the crowds and noise.)

Actually, that last Nathan/Peter I wrote, "Shot for Shot", I sat down with a few sheets of computer paper and my fine-tipped Sharpie marker and wrote almost the whole thing sitting at my kitchen table. I did the ending on the computer though. Funny thing is, the part I wrote on the paper stayed almost verbatim in the finished fic. So I know pen and paper do help. I also wrote a future!Peter/future!Claire in a notebook before I posted it.

I had to force that writer's block away when I did those fics for the heroes_exchange, but now it's back full throttle.

Right now the sequel to "Courtroom Drama" is just a bunch of Nathan/Peter dialogue in my head, and a scene with Nathan and Peter at the kitchen table. I am just too afraid of my suckiness to try at this point. Yuck.

So we had elections this weekend and I do wonder how the world will handle a gay Foreign Minister (evil snikker)...if the current top candidate for the job will make it.
I have to wait 24 hours to see the heroes episode...must invent time travel now....

You're absolutely right. I'm languishing in my Nathan/Peter sorrow. I need to stop the crap and just sit and do this.

Tonight's episode has me wanting to do a pairing that's unheard of!

I liked episode 3 very much - even though no Nathan....would that pairing be Peter & our new friend from the carneval (sorry braindead at the moment) or Sylar/Parkman... I love ZQ having fun!

You're on the right track...it would take work, but I'm thinking a Sylar!Matt/Sylar!Nathan. I know it's weird and maybe squick-worthy, but it would give me an excuse for some Sylar/Nathan that I've always wanted to read, since Sylar!Nathan thinks he's Nathan and Sylar would be controlling Matt's body. It would kind of be Sylar and Matt/Nathan...hehe. I'm such a slasher.

But I do not ship Peter and his silly sidekick partner Hesam, or him and carnival-boy Samuel, either. Peter is letting himself get sucked in just like he did w/Adam Monroe.
