actually, regarding my happy happy outburst yesterday, i take it all back.
should've guessed, couldnt've been that easy.
rules are: i need to have lived in norway for two consecutive years in the period of the last five years. sooooo

except that i do have the possibility to get a bachelor up north and finish a master somewhere else
