monday: coffee/water/tea fast
tuesday: no more than 600 calories a day
wednesday: coffee/water/tea fast
thursday: no more than 600 calories a day
friday: coffee/water/tea fast
saturday: no more than 600 calories a day
sunday: no more than 300 calories a day.

yep. that is my new plan till i reach 145. and we;ll see how long it takes me to get there

and i'm now 156. so close yet so far.
