dear lord why didnt any body tell me i was fat????
i went to take a shower and looked in the mirror. i am disgusting. fat is every where. EVERYWHERE. i hate me. took 4 hydroxycut and 1 one-a-day weight loss pills. i hope i fucking drop.
gah. i'm 157. one five seven. i want to be 145 one fourty five. that is just my goal right now. my long term goal will be 110 one one zero.
this will take a while to get to 110 but to get to 145 ... this shouldnt take too long. in 5 weeks i lost 20 pounds!! so.. maybe about 2 1/5 weeks to get to 145. and this will work.

i also stole a whoel un-open bottle of aspirin from the medicine cabinet. they will be here for a while for the one sad night i will take them
