Hurricane update
To all who have inquired and/or posted helpful thoughts and prayers. . .I'm still in exile, but hoping to return home on Friday!
The city and parish re-opened today but there are limited resources, including power outages, no businesses such as groceries and gas stations, etc. but the good news is that there was no major flooding.
I'll post again once I've made it home and give another status, but thanks so much for your kind thoughts and encouragement. Now, we wait to see what Hannah, Ike and Josephine have planned. . .
