today is the day.
welcome me back, for i've been gone a long long time. the first order of business is my new sweet living space within which i live. it's a penthouse on third avenue just off of lake street. there is culture spilled on every wall of the neighborhood. the condo itself, is very nice. very modern. i'll take some photos when i'm up for it. which is not now. not nearly now.
today i'm skipping work to deal with my insurance company. they need to give me tons and tons of money. I got into an accident on the freeway (but not at freeway speeds. afternoon traffic). i merged to find that the 93x cube van was taking up my blind spot. odd, that a behemoth like that could find refuge and hiding in the blind spot of an adorable little gti like that... anyways, the car still works fine, no frame damage or anything stupid like that, but the one side is fairly messed. i've been told it's probably somewhere around 7 or 8 thousand worth of damage. it still drives perfectly fine. i'm thinking, pay off the car with the insurance, and enjoy a life of financial freedom. maybe move to south america. maybe.
also, i'm going out of town this weekend, to a wedding. i've met neither the bride nor the groom, but these are minor details. these are the details we laugh about after we have been friends for years and years and hours.
