crash .. bang.. wallop
Well not much exciting has been happening this week. Last week I managed to catch some icky disease or other Again.. i think it got into my ear because I spent the weekend queasy and dizzy. Which put paid to me really having any real fun at SINergy, Paracetamol ment I couldn't drink alcohol and the excruciating sinal headache and sore throat ment that actually being in the club wasn't terribly good either, what with the smokey atmosphere irritating my throat and the grinding base/music of the later set not helping.. Sorry if I seemed off and or distant.. I just wasn't with it at all I'm afraid :(
Monday found me in bed feeling like poo, spent the day mostly asleep.
Tuesday was mundane. Yesturday though got lively only in the fact that my bus on the journey home got hit by a truck. I was on the number 19 it was approaching the roundabout by the hotel it pulled over to let people off, then set off, a helpful builder decided that he would pull round the bus and attempt to cut it up on the roundabout as it wanted to go left. Once humungous crack later and the truck driver and bus driver were exchanging details. Looks like the ladder sticking over the back of the truck (its one of those low backed builders trucks) had hit the windscreen and broken it and the side/tail of the truck had caught the bus itself, dented the bus, barely touched the truck, shook the bus driver up no end.
Spent the night watching Firefly.. I expect this weekend will be themed with Space westerns and such
