"Hid a little of it here and a little there and bribed Shadow since he never gets put in the Gallery lucky little brat what with being the Doc's favorite bodyguard whenever he actually goes out of the Castle for any reason."
"It's, um, sort of been a few years. I was out for a lot of it too. Master Wily actually went through with scrapping Quint after he replaced the RKNs with Forte. Fin-head is still around though. Him and his dog. So's Enker now, and Punk and Ballade were sent off to watch that Nexus place."
"Tomahawk? Yeah, Epsilon Squadron, the ones stolen from that expo. Some real wierd ones there, but not all that bad. Lesse, after that there's Freeze, Junk, Burst, Cloud, Spring, Slash, Shade, and," Quick paused for a fragment of a split second, scowling, "Turbo."
"Then Tengu, Astro, Sword, Clown, Search, Frost, Grenade, Aqua, Dynamo, Cold, Ground, Pirate, Burner, and Magic. And there was King, but nobody knows what happened to him after he fought Megaman."
Quickman smirks. "Not-A-Fish got himself in a mess over that. He's been getting too snarky and talking back too much, and then he actually went and helped Mega defeat King. Might as well put a 'scrap me' sign on his back."
"Heard that the new project of Master Wily's is supposed to be his replacement, but Forte doesn't believe that. He's the only one of us who's seen it yet."
As he chatters away it's obvious that while Quickman might not qualify for the first two letters in ADHD, he certainly has the hyperactivity part.
Crash blinks a couple of times, wondering just how far behind he's fallen in terms of new faces and the updates concernng pretty much everyone. "Eesh. Sounds like I've been out of it for much longer than I thought. Too bad 'bout Quint, though..." He briefly muses on what happened to the Killer Pogo Stick of Doom (as he likes to call the Sakugarne), then recognizes at the momentary scowl concerning Turboman, wondering what what Quick's problem with him was. "Anyway, it sounds like Forte really stepped in it this time. Maybe we could go and make him feel better. At least before Doctor Wily scraps him for busting up King, anyway."
Even as soon as that thought comes, it is quickly as he wonders what else he's been missing in the meantime, and how many opportunities for jokes and trouble have come and gone as he lay deactivated. Between Crash and Quick, they've got the ADHD thing down pat.
"Yeah. No Quint and we're all back to dividing up the chores. Junkman screwed up though and threw Quint out before Dr. Wily was done. He ended up in the Nexus somehow and someone there must have repaired him. He didn't come back though. Heard Enker thinks he's malfunctioning. Not really sure what's going on there, except that he's in the Nexus now."
He grins and nods. "Poor Not-A-Fish really could use something fun." Quick snickered suddenly. "Get him and his little dog too? Wonder where he is? Should I go get the duct tape?" Quickman bounced in anticipation of serious prankage.
