Official Roommate Search!! IT COULD BE YOU!!!
Alright folks. I am sorry for spamming everywhere with these messages for the last couple months. I have tried to space them out a bit, but I am really getting down to crunch time now!
I WANT A ROOMMATE.
Sure, I can afford a place for myself, but what fun is that? I am really looking for a roommate so that somebody can take advantage of my situation while I have to pay a bit less every month. In the next year, I am going to be in and out of town quite a bit. Rather than try and store my stuff somewhere and have no real home in Cleveland, I'd rather just fork out some money and have an actual home while I am in.
About me:
- I will not have a problem with rent.
- I own many awesome toys.
- I am a clean person, especially in a shared living environment.
- I work at home, so I spend most of my time in my room.
- I think I am pretty easy going and fun to live with.
What I am looking for:
- Moving into a place February 1st of next year.
- A decent place to live. I am very open to location, but I would really like to live where there are fun things to do in walking distance. Parma Heights really drained me there.
- Non-smoker, or at least somebody that will not smoke in doors.
- Somebody with steady income that can afford the place (obv)
- I really do not want to move in with a random again, it was hell. I would really enjoy living with a friend that I know I get along with.
Sooooo, if you are interested, or know somebody (that I know and doesn't have access to read this) please reply! I need to send my 30 day notice at the end of the month and I would really like to start looking for places asap.
