holy ****

after cleaning a certain area, i found a piece of paper with a typed story. i will not disclose what it was about, but i will only say that i was very close to fainting once i realized what it was. the shock value... simply amazing. what shocked me the most? that i didn't remember writing this, at all, this which may as well have been a completely forgotten period of my high school life. wow. holy mother***ing shit. i am disturbed. o_o and yet i don't want to burn or damage it, because i do not want my entire past to be forgotten. but for now... still disturbed ~_~. i also didn't realize how much passion i had within me....

anyways. ok i'll copy and past this from my sconex notebook because i'm lazy:

I just finished installing a DVD-ROM drive which surprisingly works perfectly. I CAN FINALLY PLAY DVDS!!!!! I feel so proud of myself, but I also want to go to school tomorrow and give Mr. Rosen a big cookie! :D

In other news, I got asked five times today whether I had yearbook pictures today. Positive attention is so nice... :).

Speaking of the yearbook, I'd tried out for art staff freshman year. Regardless of my talent, I got rejected on the basis that mostly Juniors and Seniors get in. Should I try again this year (tomorrow?!)? I'd need art samples... I could ravage my home for my 6th grade yearbook cover (drawn by me) and throw together a small bunch of drawings. I guess mentioning I'm on Spec Art would help me as well. Do I want to? I don't really know what the job entails.. but if it's art, should I not be anything but adequate?

Some good news: With a sigh, Dr. Livanis gave me the $150 AP Chem stuff for free; Ms. Cappell said she'd help me out with my acrylic painting supplies; I found a painting I'd done in art portfolio class FRESHMAN YEAR (I'm surprised it wasn't trashed or burned), and Ms. Sheinman was perfectly fine with my being unable to pay the recommended $25 fee for Acting class. Speaking of which, I'm going to a show this Thursday... I forget which. Lennon? Lenin? But what the hey! :)

One thing I'm looking forward to is clubs. Lots and lots of clubs this year. Starting off with: GLASS this Wednesday. <3
