I'd like to add to the list of people who should be shot the dumbass who came up with the insert key. I have observed no other purpose for this key other than to be accidentally hit at random, so that the unsuspecting user then overwrites part of what he was typing.
This revelation comes on top of the day in which I finally found that stupid bug, in yet another vindication of my longstanding belief that dynamically typed languages suck major donkey balls, and that it is the perfect example of one of those inventions which actually subtract from the sum of all human knowledge.
