Fics! Fics! Not by me.
This past exchange season I signed up for space swap and ran Once Upon a Fic Exchange. My own exchange went really well! The bumps it experienced were incredibly minor and my participants were wonderful as usual. If I could change anything, I'd start advertising a lot sooner and try to rev up more people. We had about the same amount of people and fics as last time and that's really manageable, but I do wonder what it'd be like if it got bigger.

MY COMMENTS: Haha! There was a lot of cute in this story. The mental image of the squirrels (safely) floating past the window made the entire fic. I'm delighted that my Squirrel Girl prompt got filled. Also really happy my author chose Nancy as the narrator.

MY COMMENTS: A fairy-tale 1920s au! A flapper princess! And just what I asked for, a what happens next. Love the family rallying around her, and the character given to the prince. The time period is used well, with the great depression countering her magical gifts.

This is the section where I'd usually post my own contributions to the exchanges, but unfortunately things did not go well for me. I don't want to get into it, but I wasn't able to complete either of my stories. I do have the notes saved away though, just in case...
But I was very lucky and got two wonderful stories even though my life went to heck. I'm so grateful for my authors and I loved my stories.
