is that all the other interests that were formerly unique are no longer yet "reading with kids" stands alone. no one else is interested in this? that's got to say something.

But do I mean fixing as in repairing or fixing as in rigging (e.g. manipulating the outcome of a sports match, such as The Ashes)??

PS to the PS below: does your interest hold out until the cruel irony phase in which, by attempting to fix what isn't broken, I break it and therefore cause the very problem I thought I was fixing? I hope so (that's the good part)!

i have been into this since i was a wee one. in fact, it is your sister's contention that this is what happened to her old computer. it wasn't. i swear.

only one other person besides me is interested in "outlaw love songs" and he's 21 and seems like kind of a mess so every once in a while I like to check up on him. is that weird? Probably.

just before i read your comment, seth was singing about "the rebel johnny yuma"! which isn't really an outlaw love song but close, close.

good good. now perhaps, i'm thinking, the difference is reading with kids. all about perspective. anyway, i'm going to go see about ms. c_land. :)
