In my head, Dick Winters totally speaks Deitsch, because there's no way his mother didn't speak it and use it to yell at him when he was a kid. And Nix doesn't, because really, what a useless language for a prep school kid, but I think he tries to learn, eventually, by asking Dick to teach him. But Dick only knows the words you use to tell off children, and Ethel finds it all completely hilarious.

Um. Not that I've thought about this or anything.

One of the issues Miles has with the ISS training programme is the jumpsuit. It's annoying and kind of itchy, and the colour makes him look even more washed out than he usually looks. It's not flattering at all, and maybe that's the worst part of it, because if anything, he wants to look attractive. To one person at least. And it's hard enough to do that when you have red hair that glows like a beacon in the sun, and a complexion so pale ...well, the beacon thing didn't just go for his hair ( ... )

Matt is never--never, not ever, not even on pain of death--going to admit this. He squeezes his eyes shut and grunts--it's not a moan, it's a manly grunt, it really is--and Matt is fine. He's perfectly fine, leaning against the wall only because it's there, and not because he needs to. He doesn't need to be held up, not by the rough paneling here in the filthiest bar bathroom he's ever seen. Not by his own hands, wrapped around the top of the stall with his knuckles gone white. And not--definitely not--by Charlie's fingers, cupped around the back of Matt's thighs and leaving bruises.

Matt can hold himself up, his knees did not just--oh, god, Charlie can--he just swallowed, fuck--his knees did not just buckle at the--Matt opens his eyes, just for a second, but that's enough and he's twitching, shoving forward into Charlie's mouth. He drops his head forward, stares at Charlie's lips and just as he comes, Charlie lets go of him ( ... )
