I also keep charts - one page for mood stuff and one page for dysautonomia stuff. It helps me to figure out trends, when meds are working or not, etc. Sometimes just having the data makes me feel more in control - like I have the info to make informed decisions, or the ability to prove to people that yes, my issues are real. The Moonscape sounds fun!

I agree - compiling data about self is really empowering AND it's a really solid basis from which to negotiate frequency and type of care/treatment provided by health care providers.
