Busy day
I didn't get round to making anything pretty today but it has been very productive. Had shopping delivered and put away this morning. I used the time between that and the arrival of my assistant, B, to play the piano. Managed to bang out a slow slightly wobbly version of 'hit me baby one more time' and 'beautiful'.
This afternoon B helped me to maker a lasagna, where the lasagna sheets are replaced with flattened out leeks, and some carrot and courgette muffins.Read more...
I had fantasised that I might be able start my challenge later this afternoon but I was exhausted and felt a little wobbly thanks to the new pain meds. My pupils are abnormally large so it takes a like t to get them so small.
I'm now curled up on the sofa watching the Simpsons with one of the great loves of my life - his name is William James.
Have to stop typing now as my eyes won't point in the same direction.
