well i have good news and bad news.
i am the kind of person that likes the bad first so you get to deal
BAD NEWS:
Well I have been removed from my Team Lead position to further pursue my technical desires in my department. I am kind of upset about it because the decision wasnt up to me or presented to me until the decision was made. This means that I am no longer an internal support source for my analysts. I am now back to being one of them. All in all i am not too mad. The pros outweigh the cons and i will deal.
GOOD NEWS!:
I get to job shadow with our IT Operations and Support or what used to Network Operations Center.
This is my goal department that I want to be with. I am very excited to be apart of the job shadow and cant wait. It's in about a week.
