When is someone going to write the Kurt/Puck Some Kind of Wonderful AU that I am so desperately craving? Every fandom needs one of those, and I especially need it right now because I am sick and coughing and sniffly and AT WORK ugh.

I want comfort fic.

I totally thought I had some Cold-eez or anything with lots of zinc in it but I don't. I did drink 3 bottles of water with Airborne though, so that has some zinc in it at least. I may go get some Cold-eez later...

And yeah...why do we love the "best friends in love" trope so damn much? So cliched and I don't even care! Bring it on!! In reality, I'd never really fall in love with any of my BFFs, female or male. My guy friends are too close for me to think of them like that. And my best girlfriends, well, that would just be craziness. I think we know too much about each other for that to work. And yet, if it's fiction, I eat it right up!

SKOW is my favorite 80's movie, tied with Pretty In Pink. I think mostly because the two of them were ALWAYS on back-to-back on TBS back in the day, and I'd watch them whenever they were on. It seems like so many people like 16 Candles way better (and some haven't even seen SKOW!), but I find that one a little bit annoying. Still like it, but nowhere near as good as SKOW. Breakfast Club is a very close 2nd. Because come on, who wouldn't want THAT kind of detention??
