Today I download this software that teaches you how to read and write hiragana. I'll hopefully have it down pat in two weeks or so and then I'll move on to Katakana. For those of you who don't know, the Japanese written language consists of three different scriptures: Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana. Coincidentally, Hiragana is the first set that Japanese children learn. I've already learnt the vowels.
I also picked up a copy of Daddy Yankee's, "Barrio Fino." It's a perfect example of the reggaeton genre and definately worth a listen. Also, I got Squarepusher's, "Go Plastic" album. Haven't listened to it yet. Within the next week I should have ordered the flashbulb album, "Red Extensions of Me." If anyone is interested in it, I could "assist" you in procuring it. Toodles.
